Product Descriptions

• The assistant holds the limp firmly after preparing the donor site as in any operative case.

• A wooden board is placed directly in front of the skin grafting handle by the surgeon.

• The Skin Grafting handle is firmly pressed against the skin, and the graft is removed using a steady to and for sawing motion.

• The depth of the handle can be adjusted to achieve the desired thickness of the graft.

• A very thin graft is translucent, and the handle beneath appears bluish grey. It leaves a trail of small, closely packed, or confluent bleeding points.
•  A thicker graft appears white, and bleeding points on the donor surface are scarce. In the case of a full thickness graft, the subcutaneous fat is visible.
